At Rosslyn, he is responsible for driving global revenue growth and leading go-to-market execution to help enterprise clients unlock strategic value from their procurement data.
A U.S.-educated MBA and former NCAA athlete, Ivan combines American business acumen with deep knowledge of the European tech landscape. He brings a client-first mindset, strong commercial focus, and a passion for coaching and process excellence.

Ivan’s career spans the U.S., the Netherlands, and Croatia, with deep expertise in enterprise software and data-led growth strategies. He has designed and implemented global sales processes and CRM tools, built and led sales enablement programs, and delivered go-to-market strategies that supported double-digit revenue growth. He has onboarded and trained hundreds of sales professionals, led compensation design and KPI frameworks, and worked extensively with both B2B and B2G clients. Ivan also mentors early-stage AI and technology startups across several European innovation hubs.
