Agata Badiali is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and international operations across the utilities, software, and engineering sectors.

She joined Rosslyn in early 2023 as a Senior Project Manager and quickly progressed through key leadership roles, including Delivery Lead, before being appointed Head of Professional Services in 2025. Her focus at Rosslyn is on optimizing service delivery, mentoring high-performing teams, and aligning solutions with client objectives to drive measurable impact. Agata’s core expertise includes project leadership, stakeholder management, and market expansion, with a strong background in multilingual communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Skills and experience

Prior to Rosslyn, Agata contributed to large-scale industrial projects in oil downstream sector before holding senior roles in a software house, where she spearheaded the launch of their Chinese subsidiary and led marketing and localization projects for international clients.
